Erich L. Sowell, May 2009 graduate of South Texas College of Law, served as a research assistant to the Frank G. Evans Center for Confl ict Resolution, and in 2008 he served as special intern to the Hon. Harley Mitchell, Chief Magistrate of the Panama Supreme Court.
