- provide businesses and institutions with training and guidance about the effective use of ADR processes.
- encourage the use of ADR to resolve business-related disputes;
- offer corporate volunteers the opportunity to provide On-Line ADR to the public, particularly to persons and organizations of limited means.

The Managed
Dispute Resolution Process
The Managed Dispute Resolution Process is likely to have special appeal to a select group of lawyers and their business clients who sincerely want to resolve their disputes quickly and at a minimum cost. In essence, the MDR Process is specifically designed to meet the needs of these “dispute-wise” companies and individuals. This MDR Process, which integrates in one procedure, the “best practice” concepts of mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law, is unique in that it gives the MDR Process Manager, as the facilitator-manager of the process, the additional responsibility for assuring that the process is conducted in an efficient and affordable manner.
